The “I Heart Christmas” Giveaway 2013

It’s that time again around here- time for our annual “I Heart Christmas” giveaway! And this year we also have something else to celebrate: Embracing Grace is ONE YEAR old this month {November}. God has blessed my little online corner so much through you. Yes, you, my readers. I have both cried and rejoiced as I read all of your comments and private emails. I have kept many of you in the prayer that you requested privately. Each of YOU is what makes this blog so special to me, and I want to celebrate by giving away some pretty special things. There are SEVEN winners, so jump in and enter, and then share it with your friends! It appears that this is a birthday party and a Christmas party all rolled into one. And since I’m providing the presents, why don’t you all have some cupcakes on your own so we can call it a real party. 🙂

Here’s a peek at the items you can enter to win:

Remember Nicole who participated in our “I Heart Handmade Giveaway” last spring? Well, she’s back! And she has graciously offered {well, I asked her, but she would have offered if I hadn’t asked ’cause she’s just that sweet} to give away a gorgeous tablet sleeve of any size to TWO of my readers. And what’s more- they are now available in these super cute holiday prints. Ya’ll…fall in love:

Aren’t they adorable?! See the inside? They are quilted and just as cute where the tablet sleeps as they are on the outside.

THE WINNERS ARE: Lisa Stockton

                                               Hannah Hodder

Also up for grabs in this giveaway are my two favourite Christmas CDs. This is my third year giving away these CDs, so it’s tradition now! Even if you don’t win them, you won’t be sorry if you buy them. You’ll enjoy Ken Renfrow’s creative piano and orchestra stylings for years to come. They are just that good. You can purchase them from Piano Music Now or from the Majesty Music online store. To listen to clips of the songs from these CDs, visit the Piano Music Now website.

                                                Teresa Hearn Bowser (It’s Christmas)

I’m also giving away a copy of the paperback version of my book, Expecting Grace{affiliate link} to THREE of my readers. I had planned to do this when we reached 500 friends on Facebook, but in no time you guys went over 600! So, this is over due, but I decided to include it in the Christmas giveaway since the books would make great gifts. This book is available on Amazon {.com and .ca} in both Kindle and paperback format. {Oh, and if you have read the book or you do in the future, could you kindly go to the page on Amazon where the book is for sale {that link up there} and leave a review? I’d be so grateful!}

  1. Oh Leah, Congratulations on one year of Embracing Grace! I met you at Allume and wish I’d had the chance to get to know you better. I love your heart already!

Thanks for offering such a fun giveaway! I love Christmas just for the fun in finding the rights gifts not only to those we love, but to the forgotten and left out as well. What a joyful time to give to sacrifice for individuals created in the image of God. #moreblessedtogivethanreceive

  2. Leah, I have thoroughly enjoyed your blog from the beginning. I have been encouraged, as well as convicted at times, through your writing. Your thoughts flow smoothly as you share with us how the Lord is using the ministry He has given you and we are the better for it!

I love many things about Christmas time, but one of the best things is the time with family. Since we have been out of the country and now out of state those few days during Christmas are very special. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!

  3. Happy one year birthday! This giveaway is such a great idea and to coincide it with Christmas. Thank you for writing and managing this blog. I just happened to come across a post from it on Facebook and have been reading it weekly since then.
    May God bless you, Leah!

  4. Love your blog, love you, you are beautiful inside and out.
May the Lord bless you and use you in a mighty way.

  5. I would love to win the tablet sleeve for my kobo. My favorite thing about Christmas is when my Dad or my husband (depends where we are for Christmas) reads the Christmas story from God’s Word on Christmas morning. Congrats, Leah, on 1 year.

  6. Hey lady, how fun!!!! well congrats on your one year, sad to say i only found you a few months ago my sweet sister!!! I would be grateful to win anything 😉
My favorite thing about Christmas the family traditions we share together as a family, from the story of Jesus on Christmas day to the annual Gingerbread house making on Christmas eve. Grandmas homemade eggnog that I make traditionally with the kids and enjoy on Christmas eve. There are so many wonderful traditions and memories my family makes…..
    Thanks again.

  7. I’m relatively new to your website, but it has been a special blessing to me already, Leah.
How sweet of you to offer the giveaways….I’m a music nut so the CD would be my first choice if I were able to choose. God bless you as continue your life of “embracing grace.”

  8. Congrats on your one year anniversary! You truly have had a successful first year.

If I won, I would want the Christmas cd’s. Favorite thing about Christmas? Decorating, snuggling watching Christmas movies on the couch with my hubby at night, Christmas music!! 🙂

  9. Fun! I love the cooler days, extra time with family, school vacation (we homeschool, so it is a vacation for me too), Christmas music, decorations, and making new memories to name a few.

  10. My favorite thing about Christmas is the reminder that our Lord came to earth as a baby and lived a sinless life knowing he would also give that life for us! I would love to win any of the prizes but would probably most enjoy one of the Christmas Cds.

  11. Love reading your blogs. I also loved your book could not put it down once I started. Hope you, Jonathan and the kids have a wonderful Christmas. God bless you all.

  12. Hearing one of my children read the Christmas story from the Bible as we sit around the tree Christmas morning.
I would love the “Little Merry Christmas” CD.

  13. I would love to win the CD’s. I already have a tablet sleeve from Nicole and love it! Christmas is family time and celebrating the true reason for the season – Jesus our Savior.

  14. My favorite thing about Christmas is the focus on Christ. Many people seem to be more open to talking about our Savior this time of year.

    Happy Blogging Birthday!

Would love to win one of the Christmas CD’s!

  15. I love the joy of giving gifts to my friends and family. I enjoy putting their gifts together in anticipation of watching their faces when they open their gift. Of the gifts listed, I would love to win one of the bags. Adorable

  16. Congrats on one year with this website, Leah! Your writings are such a blessing to many ladies! One of my favourite things to do around Christmas time, is curl up on the couch with my tea, a good book, and Christmas music playing in the background 🙂 So I would love to win one of the CD’s!
