Dear Pastor’s Wife,

Psalm 115:12 “The LORD hath been mindful of us: he will bless us.”

     My letters to you end today. But do you know what is blessing my heart to its very core? Our relationship can go on beyond today. Whispered hope doesn’t have to end. I’ve met so many of you through this website, and I have even gotten to meet some of you in person. You are all amazing women! The joys and the trials that we all face in ministry- they are the cords that bind our hearts. And in the center of it all is this wonderful, loving, merciful and gracious God!! Do you ever run out of adjectives to praise God with? Even in the midst of the hard, this is where I’m at.  So this…. is what I wanted to whisper to you today as I close my letters to you:

Friend, God has been mindful of you. He WILL bless you.

     Past, present, future. It’s all been thought of. And until you are in His arms in heaven, He will never stop being mindful of you. The blessings will go on into eternity. Now that’s something worth pressing on for!

      I so appreciate you, my reader friends…my fellow pastors’ wives. I have LOVED walking with you through the Whispered Hope series. Many of you have emailed me and shared your heart with me. You have poured out your pain and you have breathed words of encouragement into me. You’ve been thinking of me…and I’ve been thinking of you.:) I hope you’ve enjoyed these daily notes and that you’ll stick around for awhile. We have lots more chats in our future!
